I began my journey through the martial arts world in 1990. I gained my 1st Dan in Karate in 1995, and 2nd Dan in Zendo Kickboxing in 2007. In January 2011 I been named U.F.A.M. (United Martial Arts Federatopm) English President, and in 2012 I been awarded with the 4th Dan in Kickboxing and Full-contact as a result of a great career. Since 1991 I have been competing at national and international level, and have taken part in more than 80 competitions around the world in semi-, light- and full-contact contests.

In 2001 and 2003 I was the W.A.M.A.I. (World Association Martial Arts International) World Champion. I have been Spanish National Champion eleven times, and a Silver Medallist and Bronze Medallist in the British Championship in 1995 and 1999 respectively. In 2004 I was also the Gold Medallist in the CIMAC World Cup.

I also have the following qualifications: National Kickboxing Coach (2002); National Kickboxing Referee (1996); Practical First Aid and Lifeguard from the Spanish Red Cross (1998), renewed in Britain (2008); Specialist in the Management of Sports Clubs (2005), from the University of Sports Sciences, Spain.

From 1991, I have also been working both Spain and Britain, very closely in the field of martial arts education for children and young people. In 1995 I collaborated in the foundation of the sports association A.M.A. (today known as W.A.M.A.I.).

During my career I have been fortunate to train with some notable figures in the world of martial arts, including: Dominique Valera, Fumio de Mura, Joe Lewis, Don Wilson, Dan Severn, Kathy Long, Frank Shamrock, Cung Lee Ron Balicki, Diana Inosanto, Tony Blauer, Bus Rutten, Stephen K Hayes, Michael Chaturantabut, Michael McDonalds, Mike Lee Kanereck, Bob Breen, Vladimir Vasiliev….

Always involved in sports, over the years I have taken part in a number of sporting events organised by the council of Viladecans. In Barcelona I was a volunteer helper at the 15th Olympic Games in 1992, and at the Police Officers and Fireman X World Games in 2003 and now in 2012 I was selected NOCs assistant as a role as a Game Maker.on the London Olympics Games.

And finally, something that I feel very proud of ! I was voted Best Female Sportswoman of my hometown (Viladecans, Barcelona) in 1998, and in 2003 received the same title from the A.M.A.I. (Association Martial Arts International)
