Adult Kickboxing Classes

Classes last one hour and begin with a full body stretch routine. Once properly warmed up, students learn basic punches and kicks and then combinations. Attack and defence techniques are then practised with a partner and this is followed by shadow kickboxing and exercises.
You will progress through the different grades gaining knowledge and experience of different techniques (combinations, face techniques, front kick, pre-arranged sparring, form fighting, bag work…)
