In our schools, we take the education and development of children through martial arts very seriously, providing appropriate drills to achieve the best for each one. We see each child as an individual with their own way to learn and reach their goals. Our instructors or senseis are approachable and patient with young learners, they instil positivity and provide strong motivation. All of them are highly qualified and registered in Kickboxing GB.

We welcome you to visit our venues for an upfront experience of our classes. This is why we offer a Free Trial before you make the right decision to enrol your child.

3 to 5 years old

The classes last 30 mins. We want to make the most of the short attention span of younger children. They will do exercises concentrating on skills such as coordination, concentration, balance, discipline, respect… which will help them in other aspects of life (family, school, society).

11 to 15 years old

The classes last 45 mins. Similarly to the kiddies group, the curriculum allows them to reach the level of Black Belt. Techniques are explored in depth to get a better understanding about the ideas behind the development of martial arts.  Junior kickboxing not only provides them with self-defence skills but also serves as a stepping stone for entering a professional path as an athlete or even as a mentor to the younger students.
