LADIES ONLY

Ladies, it's time to take charge and embrace the incredible benefits of kickboxing in our ladies-only classes. Whether you are a beginner or looking to challenge yourself further, these sessions cater to all fitness levels. Experience a powerful full-body workout, build self-defence skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of an amazing community of like-minded women. Our welcoming atmosphere ensures that you feel supported and motivated every step of the way.

Similarly to in the adults group, but exclusively for ladies, our classes are thoughtfully structured to embrace a wide spectrum of skill levels, creating a good mix of participants. We integrate fitness, flexibility, techniques, and sparring in a balanced form. The friendly atmosphere, will make you feel like you are part of the family right away, and will leave you with a positive vibe after every class.

Every lesson, students will need the uniform and protective equipment to make sure everybody stays safe. As they progress, they will be able to participate in gradings. Held three times a year, these gradings offer the opportunity to earn new belts and certificates, all the way to Black Belt or more. With the skills learned, they will also be building confidence and gaining essential self-defence abilities. Furthermore, it will bring them the possibility to participate in local, national or international tournaments.

GIRLS ONLY

We also offer specialised kickboxing classes for girls only, providing a supportive and empowering space for young females to thrive and grow. Our experienced female instructors are role models who inspire confidence, helping girls harness their strength and develop self-assurance both on and off the mat. These classes are designed to promote self-respect, body positivity, and mental resilience in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Just as in the mixed junior classes, the girls are initiated into fundamental kickboxing techniques, including punches, kicks, blocks and footwork, in a safe environment. Sparring sessions will be more intense as they progress, and participants will be expected to have appropriate protective equipment. Also, they will have 3 optional gradings a year to achieve a new belt as long as they comply with the requirements.

As a martial art, we will expect all participants to follow the club/dojo etiquette, to have good discipline, respect, and consistently striving for personal excellence. Our kickboxing's programme serves as an ideal sport to fulfil the physical activity requirement for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards (DofE). Furthermore, they have the opportunity to engage in voluntary experiences, further enriching their growth. Those who express interest can also be eligible to become a junior assistant to support and guide younger members.

Once girls reach 16, they will transition into the curriculum designed for adults.
