Lessons can take place outdoors, at the Form Studio, or within the comfort of your home. Uniforms are not obligatory for these sessions, unless you're interested in grading or taking part in championships. However, it is essential to have the basic protective gear such as gloves. And keep in mind that you have the choice to attend alone, bring along your best friend, or even arrange it as a family activity to work all together!
